Led the UX research of iPad and Apple Watch app for airline pilot gate assignments.

Airline pilots have challenges using iPads when in the cockpit. Research for design of an Apple Watch integrated with the iPad. UX Research was performed using semi-structured interview, card sorting, and usability testing. Design Thinking workshops were performed to obtain stakeholder feedback with Miro with early Figma prototypes, and iOS versions. The user-centered design process resulted in a pilot-centered app used on watches and iPads.
