Highlight video clips were integrated with the PPT's, which drove UX changes

Usability Testing performed as part of UAT for final sign-off of the application

UX research surveys were performed on a quarterly basis for future enhancements

UX Research was performed on early Figma prototypes to refine the design from gray-scale wireframes to high fidelity design comps and provided to the front-end development team with XR throughout the product evolution.
