About Tony.

In an ever-evolving digital landscape, Tony Brown stands out as a model of excellence in the realm of User Experience Research. Tony's work is one marked by innovation, mentorship, and an unwavering pursuit of perfection—a legacy that continues to influence how we engage with the digital universe. 

 

He has performed hundreds of usability studies with thousands of users, which enhances his ability to deliver XR projects with actionable insights.  Tony's  XR process starts with Design Thinking workshops, personas and journey maps, heuristic reviews of wireframes, usability testing of prototypes, and UAT for fully functional applications.   His most successful work is when he shows video-clips from usability tests to drive teams toward improved user experiences.

 

In certain cases he utilizes UX research techniques such as card sorting, semi-structured interviews, qualitative/quantitive data analysis, web analytics, surveys, and longitudinal diary studies.  Tools such as Miro, Mural, Lookback, UXPlaybook, Vimeo, Figma, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
