CVS needed to modernize a prescription refill web application for assisted living centers and wanted to take a user-centered design approach.  A series of usability tests were performed with the current system.  Each test was preceded by a usability test plan, usability testing of the application with a set of 10 users, and then a usability test report with highlight videos embedded in the PowerPoint.  Each test resulted in improvements in the web experience and additional testing confirmed improved intuitiveness of the application.
